1:00pm – 3:00pm: Foundations Workshop: Explore to what you CAN open up to!
This is a workshop for everyone to explore how they can open their practice. This is a great step to safely and curiously explore your practice as you build from the foundation of the poses. You will expand and come further into the postures of your practice, including your breath, and tools to find steadiness within your mind. Appropriate for all levels, even beginners.
3:00pm – 3:30pm: Join Sid for a book signing of his published Empowerment & Beyond.
3:30pm – 4:30pm: Peace Talk
Join Sid in spreading his mission of inner peace. In this seminar, you will hear from Sid on how to be at the oneness within in order to live in supreme contentment. Learn how to better live life in the challenges yet still remain in your center.
